NEW YORK, NY – The annual Athletic Awards Banquet was held Wednesday evening in the MSAC, the third year in a row the event was held in the gym. Over 250 athletes, administrators, and guests were present to celebrate the fourteen 2011-2012 athletic teams that Yeshiva sponsors. Attendees were treated to a night of special awards for their teammates along with the unveiling of a Championship banner for the men's cross country team, celebrating the school's first ever back-to-back championship in any sport.

Zach Charles was selected by the coaches of the Skyline Conference to be part of the 7-man All Conference First Team, which was announced this morning by the league office. Charles makes his fourth appearance on the first team, an accomplishment that speaks to his talent and love for the game.
NEW YORK, NY – The men's tennis team captured their 4th win of the season, with an 8-1 victory over York College Sunday night. The Macs took all three doubles matches and only dropped their first singles match, getting the win and improving to 4-5 on the season.
NEW YORK, NY – Organized by the athletic department's SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee), 10 student runners took part in the 9th annual Colon Cancer Challenge Foundation Run this past Sunday morning. The 4-mile race was run through NYC's Central Park with temperatures in the mid-40's. There were over 2600 runners who participated in the race.
