NEW YORK, NY – The men's tennis team hosted Skyline opponent Sage College Sunday afternoon, sweeping the match 9-0 and pulling their record to an even 3-3 (1-1) overall. The Macs are in the middle of their conference play, which has them playing a Skyline opponent in 6 of the final 8 games of the season.
Yeshiva made quick work of Sage in doubles play, earning 8-2, 8-0, and 8-0 victories in doubles 1 through 3. Singles play was much the same, as Yeshiva won all 6 matches easily. Only second singles proved to be a small challenge for Yeshiva, but
Jeremy Seftel outlasted his opponent 6-3, 6-3.
Yeshiva is back on the court Wednesday, when they host St. Joseph's of Long Island at 8PM.
