BRONX, N.Y. - The Yeshiva University men's golf team fell to Purchase College, 315-330, on Sunday afternoon at the Pelham Bay and Split Rock Golf Course. The Maccabees fall to 0-1 for the season.
Leading the charge for YU, were junior
Dan Schub and freshman
Izak Held, whose rounds of 77 and 79, respectively, marked the first time in several years that two Yeshiva golf teammates carded sub-80 scores.
Other YU scores were junior
Jacob Saks (89), freshman
Jake Rimberg (85), and classmate
Ben Kahan (91).
The Macs take on the Sage Colleges at the Pelham Bay and Split Rock Golf Course this Sunday at 12:00 p.m
