NEW YORK, N.Y. – Senior Avraham Raichman, of the men's cross country team, was named the Yeshiva University Male Student-Athlete of the Month on Monday.

Raichman earned a spot in the Skyline Conference Weekly Honor Roll three times (September 5, September 11, and September 18). He finished first overall in the 5k race, with a time of 18:48.8, at the Mount Saint Mary Tri-Meet on September 3. The Houston native finished fifth overall, completing the 8k race in 29:40, at the Baruch Invitational on September 10. Raichman was the 11^th runner to cross the finish line at the Queensborough Invitational on September 17.

The men's cross country team will compete in the York College (N.Y.) Invitational on Sunday, at Van Cortlandt Park, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
