BRONX, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University men's golf team concluded the 2016-17 season with a victory over Old Westbury, 329-402, at the Pelham Bay Golf Course on Sunday afternoon. This marks the first official victory for
Jason Eisenman as head coach of the golf program.
Leading the way for the Maccabees (202) was sophomore
Izak Held, who shot a 79. Junior
Dan Schub and freshman
Solomon Shulman each had solid outings with rounds of 83 each. Sophomore
Ben Kahan was right behind them, shooting an 84. Senior
Michael Fruchter posted a 91.
Sophomores
Jake Rimberg (88),
Daniel Ritholtz (112), and
Shaun Stoll also participated in the final golf meet of the year.
Yeshiva will return to the course in September of 2017.
