What is your favorite thing about Yeshiva University?

It's really a small school which means that there are so many opportunities just waiting. Anything you want to set your mind to and accomplish is possible, even being an NCAA fencer with no prior experience!

What is your favorite thing
about being a student-athlete at Yeshiva University?
The family atmosphere of my team, friends, and coaches. We see each other everyday at practice, and compete together. Davening with a minyan on the bus in the morning and taking a break during a tournament to say "mincha"  wouldn't happen anywhere else.
What Yeshiva University class have you found most beneficial?
Spanish with Professor Bazet-Broitman

What was your greatest
memory as a Yeshiva student-athlete?

I always think it's funny that a YU athlete can beat the Navy or West Point in sword fighting. It was also great defeating a ranked NYU fencer in DE or sweeping the John Hopkins fencers.

Who was the most influential
person to you as a child?
My grandmother, a holocaust survivor who always taught me to keep fighting.

Growing up what teacher in school do you remember to have the biggest influence on you?
Mrs. Doran, Mr. McAdow, or Mrs. Graves. I’m definitely who I am today because of them.

Chinese
