Naomi Kaszovitz has been serving as head coach of the Yeshiva University women’s tennis team since 2009. She has been named the Skyline Conference Coach of the Year twice (2014 and 2017).

In her ninth year at the helm, Kaszovitz led her alma mater to a historic season. The Maccabees won their first Skyline Conference Championship since 1999 and will be the first women's program in school history to compete in the NCAA Division III Tournament. The Blue and White won all six Skyline matches during the season and went 10-1 overall. Under her leadership, the Maccabees have clinched a spot in the Skyline Championships four years in a row, including this year's conference title. Shani Hava was named the Skyline Conference Player of the Year for the second time in her career. Rebecca Packer was inducted to the Skyline All-Conference first team, along with Hava. After Yeshiva won the conference title, Hava was named the Most Outstanding Player of the Skyline Conference Championships.

Kaszovitz led Yeshiva to its third straight appearance in the Skyline Conference Championships in 2016-17. The Maccabees finished the season 9-2 overall, and a 6-1 record in Skyline contests. Hava and Packer earned Skyline First Team All-Conference honors. Hava was named the Skyline Women's Tennis Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the third time in a row, while Packer was selected as the conference's Rookie of the Year.

In the 2015-16 season, Kaszovitz led the women's tennis program to an overall record of 8-4, and 6-1 in conference matches. As a result, Yeshiva clinched the #2 seed in the Skyline Conference Championships. That same year, Hava was named the Skyline Conference Player of the Year, as well as being named the conference's Women's Tennis Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the second straight season. Also that year, Tzipora Leiser earned the honor of being named the Skyline Conference Rookie of the Year.

In the 2014-15 season, Hava was named the conference's Rookie of the Year, while Jannah Eichenbaum earned Skyline Second Team All-Conference honors. Yeshiva finished the season with an 8-7 record, and 4-2 in conference contests. The Maccabees clinched a spot in the Skyline Conference Championships.
