NEW YORK, NY – The women's soccer team fell in their final home game of the season to John Jay College 9-2. The Macs have one game remaining this season, and are currently 0-8-1 on the season.
Yeshiva found themselves down 5-0 at the half but they didn't give in and scored two in the second half.
Ariel Freda scored the first goal on a breakaway after getting a perfect pass from
Enya Katz. The assist was Katz's first assist and point of the season. Freda's goal was her team leading 4
th this season.

Yael Roberts connected on her first goal of the season, a perfectly placed ball off
Rochelle Friedman's corner kick. Roberts' shot came from 25 yards out and found the top right corner of the net over the outstretched goalkeeper's hands. The assist was Friedman's team leading 2
nd of the season.
Eli Goldberg was in net for Yeshiva, stopping 3 shots. Two shots were stopped by the Yeshiva defensive squad for 5 total saves in the game. The final game of the season will be on Sunday as the Macs travel to Randall's Island at 930AM to take on CCNY.
