BROOKLYN, N.Y.— The Yeshiva women's soccer team lost to St. Joseph's-Brooklyn 8-0 on Tuesday afternoon in a Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) contest.
The host Bears scored two goals in the first half and six more in the second for the eight goal win.
Daniela Semila and Shannon Fahy had three goals and one assist each for St. Joseph's-Brooklyn, while Pam Chernyakhovsky had four assists for the Bears.
The Maccabees were led by Merav Sadan Barach with 10 shots, seven of which were on goal.

Annie Jaffe and St. Joseph's-Brooklyn goalkeeper Nicole Farinella both had eight saves for their respective teams.
