Box Score COBLESKILL, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's soccer team dropped a non-conference contest to SUNY Cobleskill, 11-0, on Sunday afternoon. The Maccabees now fall to 0-2 to start the season.
The Fighting Tigers (1-1) scored the first goal less than three minutes into the match and never looked back. Yeshiva surrendered six goals in the opening half, and then five in the second.
Sophomore defender
Nicole Bick produced a match-high four shots on goal. Junior forward
Kinneret Braun had two, while senior midfielder
Natasha Bassalian and sophomore forward
Eliana Tuchman each recorded one.
Freshman goalkeeper
Gabriella Chutter stopped a career-high 11 shots.
The Maccabees will be back in action on Thursday, for a Skyline Conference road match against the College of Mount Saint Vincent. The match is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m.
