FARMINGDALE, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's soccer team suffered a Skyline Conference loss to Farmingdale State College, 10-0, at the Farmingdale Soccer Complex on Tuesday afternoon.
The Rams (10-3-1, 4-0-0 Skyline) scored nine goals in the first 45 minutes of the match, and added one more in the second half, to earn the conference victory. Celine Cannizzaro and Olympia Lewis each netted two goals, with the former adding an assist, for the home team. Allison Khare produced a goal and an assist.
For the Maccabees (0-8-0, 0-5-0 Skyline), sophomore goalkeeper
Rivka Lindenblatt made 13 saves.
Yeshiva will travel to the Bronx on Thursday, for a non-conference match at Lehman College, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
