NEWBURGH, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University men's tennis team earned a key Skyline Conference victory over Mount Saint Mary College, 7-2, at the MSMC Tennis Courts on Friday afternoon. With the win, Yeshiva now clinches a home match in the Skyline semifinal round, which will take place on Wednesday evening. The Maccabees have now won 29 consecutive conference matches, dating back to 2014.
Yeshiva (10-5, 6-0 Skyline) won all three doubles flights and were victorious in four out of the six singles contests.

Adam Rosemblaum teamed with sophomore
Lior Brik to win at #1 doubles, 8-6. Brik returned to win a tight #4 singles battle in a 10-point tiebreaker, 4-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-5).
Junior
Mikey Ozery and freshman
Dor Gutterman combined forces to win the second doubles flight, 8-2. Gutterman was also victorious at #2 singles, 6-2, 7-5, while Ozery won the third singles position, 6-2, 6-1.
Senior
Charlie Friedman and sophomore
Yoni Sacknovitz earned a hard-fought win at #3 doubles, 9-7. The former also earned a win in the fifth singles position, 6-1, 6-4.
Yeshiva will close out the regular season with a critical Skyline contest against the United States Merchant Marine Academy, at the USTA National Tennis Center, on Sunday afternoon. First serve is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Both teams are undefeated in conference play, at 6-0. The winner will clinch the No. 1 seed in the upcoming Skyline championships.
