BRONX, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University men's golf team suffered a Skyline Conference loss to Purchase College, 334-341, at the Pelham Bay Golf Course on Sunday afternoon. The Maccabees drop to 0-2, while the Panthers advance to 1-1.
The Maccabees were led by senior
Izak Held, who shot an 80. Classmate
Ben Kahan and sophomore
Daniel Spirgel each registered an 86, while junior
Jonathan Pomper carded an 89. Junior
Ethan Felder scored a 94.
Yeshiva will be back in action on Sunday, October 5, for the St. Joseph's Long Island Tri-Match. The competition at the Bellport Golf Club will begin at 10:00 a.m.
