CAMDEN, N.J. – The Yeshiva University women's tennis team dropped its spring match to Rutgers-Camden, 8-1, at Rutgers-Camden Community Park on Sunday morning. The Raptors advance to 9-2, while the Maccabees drop to 1-9.

Rutgers-Camden won all six singles matches, and two out of three doubles flights. Yeshiva's lone win came at the second doubles position, as freshman Ambre Cherki and junior Shana Adler were victorious by a score of 8-5.

Cherki lost a hard-fought battle at No. 4 singles. She won the first set, 6-3, but dropped the second by a score of 6-4. She fell short in the 10-point tiebreaker, 10-7.

The Maccabees will return to action in August of 2019.
