NEW YORK – The Yeshiva University women's soccer team suffered a setback by dropping a non-conference match to The City College of New York, 11-0, at Randall's Island Field 74 on Wednesday evening.

The Beavers (1-1) scored eight of its 11 goals in the first half.

Sophomore goalkeeper Shani Kravetz made eight saves for the Maccabees (1-2).

Yeshiva will open up Skyline Conference play on Friday, at Mount Saint Mary College, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
