FARMINGDALE, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's tennis team suffered a Skyline Conference loss to Mount Saint Mary College, 8-1, at the Farmingdale State Tennis Courts on Sunday afternoon.

Alexandra Huberfeld was once again victorious at the first singles flight (6-1, 6-1) as she now starts the year with a 2-0 record at the top singles position. Sophomore
Anna Elfassy had a hard-fought battle at No. 4 singles, but she lost the first set in a tiebreaker, 7-6 (5), and fell short in the second set, 6-3.
Yeshiva will return to the Farmingdale State Tennis Courts on Wednesday, this time to battle the host Rams, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
