PATCHOGUE, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University softball team concluded its season by dropping two games to St. Joseph's College Long Island, 17-2 and 24-0, at the St. Joseph's College Softball Field on Sunday afternoon.
For the Maccabees (0-25, 0-18 Skyline) in game one, junior
Yael Dannenbaum drew a walk and scored a run. Classmate
Esther Miller and sophomore
Kyra Appel also worked a walk. Rookie
Emuna Shiller scored YU's second run of the afternoon.
For the Golden Eagles (16-13, 11-7 Skyline), sophomore Julia Ruocchio pitched a perfect game in the second contest. In game one, junior Olivia Verderosa and sophomore Kate Kiernan combined to pitch a no hitter.

Shai Rahamim tossed two complete games in the circle for Yeshiva.
