NEW YORK, NY - Taking on one of the best teams in their conference, an underhanded Yeshiva women's soccer team were downed by the United States Merchant Marine Academy, losing to the Mariners by a score of 9-0 on Sunday, Oct. 22.
 
Maayan Berkowitz had a solid day in goal for the Maccabees, as despite allowing nine balls by her, the sophomore keeper notched 12 saves while facing down 37 shots.
 
With the loss, the Macs are now 0-10, 0-10 in conference play.
