MCLA (2-0) was led by graduate shortstop Randy Adams, in game one, as he drilled a three-run homer to left field during the top of the fourth inning that gave his team a five-run cushion on its way to victory.
The Trailblazers were only up 2-0 heading to the top of the fifth inning of game two, but the bats exploded for seven runs, highlighted by a three-run double courtesy of freshman right fielder Rafael Castillo, to put the game out of reach for the Maccabees.
