MAHWAH, N.J. - The Yeshiva University women's tennis team (6-5) dropped a spring match to Ramapo College (5-5), 9-0, at the Ramapo College Tennis Courts on Sunday afternoon.
Leading the way for the Maccabees was rookie
Micka Mimoun who won three games at No. 1 singles. She teamed up with first-year player
Shira Adler to win five games at the first doubles position. Adler added a game-victory in the second set of her No. 2 singles matchup.
Sophomores
Sarah Grunseid and
Sarah Leiderman won three games at No. 2 doubles, with the former claiming four games at the third singles court and the latter winning six games at the fourth singles flight. Junior
Prisylla Mutchnik earned three wins at No. 5 singles.
The Maccabees will return to the court in September of 2023.
