NEW YORK, NY - Earning recognition for a stellar week of play, Men's Basketball's Zevi Samet has been named the Skyline Player of the Week, as announced Monday, Dec. 8th.

Samet had a standout week for the Maccabees, leading YU to their first win of the season with a 29-point, five assist, and three rebound performance versus RV New York University. The Monsey native then followed his performance up with another stellar outing against the University of Saint Joseph, notching 21 points.
 
Samet and Men's Basketball are set to return to the court on Tuesday, Dec. 9th, making their Skyline debut at Purchase College.
