NEW YORK, NY - Having locked down an automatic bid with their Skyline Conference Championship title, the Yeshiva Men's Basketball team are set to compete in the NCAA DIII Tournament.
The Macs will travel up to Tufts University, taking on the Jumbos in the first round on Friday, Mar. 7th at 1:15 PM.
Tufts comes into the matchup with a record of 21-5, having fallen in NESCAC Semifinals to the eventual champions in #4 Trinity College (Conn.). The Jumbos are currently ranked as the #8 team nationally in the latest NPI Division III rankings.
Also competing in the bracket of four are the #27 University of Redlands Bulldogs, and the #28 Saint Joseph's College of Maine Monks.
The Maccabees and the Jumbos have already faced off this season, with Yeshiva coming up short in the January clash, 82-74.
