HOW IT HAPPENED
Doubles:

• Yeshiva was able to pick up a win in the No. 1 slot, with the duo of Rina Pollock/Eliana Tilem coming out on top, 6-4.

• Unfortunately, that momentum could not be maintained, as the pairs of Sarah Schewitz/Maia Drach and Rachel Hirt/Leebee Bendheim fell by scores of 6-4 and 6-3 respectively, cementing YU's 1-0 deficit headed into singles.
