PURCHASE, NY - Competing in the Skyline Semifinals, the Yeshiva Men's Tennis Team fell to Manhattanville University, losing to the Valiants by a score of 4-0 on Wednesday, Apr. 29th.
 
Yeshiva started slow in doubles play, dropping two matches to carry a 1-0 deficit into singles play. Unfortunately, the Maccabees were unable to turn things around singles, losing three more matches for their ultimate 4-0 loss.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
Doubles:

• The Maccabees fell in the No. 1 and No. 2 slots, as the duos of Israel Bussu/Aidan Stephen and Matan Kamhi/Jack Radinsky fell by scores of 6-0 and 6-3 respectively.
   
• With the results, Yeshiva trailed 1-0 headed into singles.

 
Singles:

• Despite their best efforts, the Maccabees could not make a comeback in singles play. Bussu (6-2, 6-1), Jacob Feit (6-2, 6-4), and Kamhi (6-4, 6-0) fell in the No. 3, No. 2, and No. 1 slots, sealing YU's 4-0 loss.
