2017: Was named to the Skyline All-Conference Second Team... was named to the Skyline Conference Fall All-Sportsmanship Team for the second straight year... was named to the Skyline Conference Weekly Honor Roll four times (9/5, 9/11, 9/18, 10/9)... finished first overall in the 5k race, with a time of 18:48.8, at the Mount Saint Mary Tri-Meet (9/3)... finished fifth overall, with a time of 29:40, in the 8k race at the Baruch Invitational (9/10)... was the 11^th runner to cross the finish line at the Queensborough Invitational (9/17)...  finished seventh overall, with a time of 29:44.84, at the York College (N.Y.) Invitational (10/8)... finished 12^th overall, completing the 8k race with a career-best time of 28:21.26 at the Skyline Conference Championships (11/1)... was the first NCAA runner, and third overall, to complete the 5k race (16:52.20) at the Nick Russo Halloween Classic (11/5)... received the Coach's Award at the annual athletics banquet (5/8/18).      

2016: Was named to the Skyline Conference Fall All-Sportsmanship Team... finished eighth overall, with a time of 30:27, at the Baruch Invitational (9/4)... finished 12^th at the QCC Invitational (9/18)... finished second overall to lead the Maccabees to a win at the CSI Invitational (10/9)... finished first among runners associated with colleges, and second overall, completing the 5k race in 16:44.58 at the Nick Russo Halloween Classic (11/6)... received the Stan Watson Award at the annual athletics banquet (5/15/17).        

2015: First season competing in collegiate cross country for Yeshiva University... finished the 8k road race in 31:28.2 at the Skyline Championships (10/25).

Personal: Majoring in Biology... a member of the YU Chess Club.
