Jesse Goldberg joined the Yeshiva University men's soccer team as an Assistant Coach in August of 2017.
Prior to Yeshiva, Goldberg served as the Head Coach for team USA Under-16 team at the 2017 Maccabiah games, where he led the Junior Boys to the first gold medal in team history. As a player, Goldberg competed in several Maccabi tournaments for team USA in Argentina and Israel. He currently competes in the Garden State Soccer League in the semi-pro division for Hump St FC out of Hoboken, N.J.
The Basking Ridge, N.J. resident currently coaches for Sports Domain Academy (SDA) out of Clifton, N.J. From 2016-17, Goldberg served as the Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at Middlesex High School. Prior to joining Middlesex High School, Goldberg was the Head Junior Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at James Caldwell High School from 2014-2016.
Goldberg played collegiate soccer for Arizona State University from 2006-2010. He was the team captain during his senior year. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies concentrating on Business & Communications in 2010. He currently holds a NSCAA National Diploma, USSF “E” License and is currently working on getting his USSF "D" license and NSCAA National Advanced Diploma.
