Alex Winnicker has been Associate Director of Athletics at Yeshiva University since August 20, 2013 .
Winnicker works alongside the Director of Athletics, and is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the men's athletics programs, including compliance, scheduling, transportation, facility oversight and game management.
Prior to Yeshiva, Winnicker spent the previous two years at Vermont Tech as Assistant Athletic Director, Sports Information Director and head women's basketball coach. He was also an adjunct professor in the department of Business Management and Technology where he taught Business Ethics and Human Resource Management classes. Prior to that, Winnicker served at Daniel Webster College in Nashua, N.H. where he was Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Coordinator, conducted athletics department compliance audit, oversaw game management and was assistant women's basketball coach.
Winnicker's experience also includes coaching basketball and tennis at the Ranney School in Tinton Falls, N.J. and assistant men's basketball coach at Kean University.
He is a 2002 graduate of Penn State University with a B.A. in History. Winnicker also holds a master's degree from Kean University in Organizational Communications (2007) and Endicott College in Athletic Administration (2011).
