Danielle DeStaso joined the Yeshiva University women's basketball program as an assistant coach in July of 2018. She also serves as the head coach of the Yeshiva University softball team.
A standout basketball player in high school, DeStaso became the fourth player in Clarkstown North history to score at least 1,000 points in her career. During her four years with the Rams, the Congers, N.Y. native scored 1,011 points.
An elementary special education major, with a concentration in environmental studies and mathematics, DeStaso graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall in 2015.
