  • Title
    Assistant Coach
Dalia Sieger joined the coaching staff of the Yeshiva University women's and men's volleyball programs in August of 2018.

No stranger to the women's volleyball program, Sieger had a very successful three-year playing career for the Maccabees. The Los Angeles resident set a program single-season record with an average of 4.57 digs per set, during her senior year in 2017. The defensive specialist produced double-figures in digs during 10 matches in 2017, and anchored the defense with at least 20 digs in five of those contests. Sieger closed out her playing career on a strong note, recording a career-high 39 digs on her senior day, helping Yeshiva win a set over Skyline rival St. Joseph's College Brooklyn. In her final season, Sieger was named to the Skyline Conference Weekly Honor Roll on two occasions.

Sieger earned the Coach's Award and was named the Yeshiva University Female Graduating Student-Athlete of the Year for team sports at the annual athletics banquet in 2018.

During her time as a student at YU, Sieger helped out the athletics department by selling school gear, managing the scorebook and scoreboards at YU basketball and volleyball contests, and controlling the audio at various sporting events. Sieger was also successful in the classroom, earning a spot on the Skyline Conference Academic Honor Roll in each of the three years she played for the YU women's volleyball program.

Sieger graduated from Yeshiva's Stern College for Women with a Bachelors Degree in Biology in 2018. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at Long Island University Brooklyn.
