JAMAICA, N.Y.— The Yeshiva University women's volleyball team was defeated by York College 3-0 (25-11, 25-11, 25-14) Wednesday evening.
 
The Maccabees were led by Michelle Levine with four kills and two digs, while Elana Lesser had three kills, four digs and two service aces. Marissa Almoslino added one kill, four assists, four digs and two service aces.
 
York was led by Renee Daley with six kills (no errors) on 11 attack attempts for a .545 attack percentage.
 
Yeshiva is back in action on Monday October 20 for a match at St. Joseph's-Brooklyn at 8 p.m.
