BROOKLYN, N.Y.— The Yeshiva women's volleyball team was defeated by St. Joseph's-Brooklyn 3-0 (25-16, 25-5, 25-12) on Monday evening.
The Maccabees are now 0-12 overall and 0-5 in the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. St. Joseph's-Brooklyn improves to 7-10 and 2-3 in HVIAC play.
Yeshiva was led by
Aliza Muller with four kills and two assists, while
Shaina Hourizadeh and
Emily Rohan had two kills each. Hourizadeh added nine digs and one assist, while Rohan had nine digs and six assists.
Carol Jacobson added two service aces and four digs.
Yeshiva is back in action on Wednesday for a match at Mt. St. Mary's College at 7 p.m.
