NEW HAVEN, Conn.— The Yeshiva women's basketball team was defeated by Albertus Magnus College 89-40 on the road Tuesday evening.
The host Falcons led start to finished and were up 59-21 at halftime.
Yeshiva was led by
Julia Owen with 21 points and nine rebounds, while
Simee Rosner had 12 rebounds for the Maccbaees.
Albertus Magnus was led by Tyler Evans with 17 points.
Yeshiva is back in action on Saturday evening for day one of the Dr. Betty Shabazz Tournament hosted by Medgar Evers College. Yeshiva will play the host Cougars at 8 p.m.
