Box Score BROOKLYN, N.Y.— The Yeshiva University women's volleyball team was defeated by Pratt Institute 3-0 (25-8, 25-7, 25-13) in a Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) contest on Thursday evening.
The Maccabees had five kills in the contest and were led by
Marissa Almoslino with two kills, while
Emily Rohan had 14 digs and a service ace.
Shaina Hourizadeh added eight digs.
Pratt Institute was led by Alice Vicente with a triple-double of 10 kills, 12 digs and 14 service aces. Hannah Calderwood added six kills and five service aces for the host Cannoneers who remain in first place in the HVIAC with a 2-0 conference record to go along with a 5-0 overall record.
Yeshiva is back in action on Sunday for its first Skyline Conference contests of the season against Farmingdale State and Sage College in Farmingdale starting at 10 a.m..
