Box Score 2 FARMINGDALE, N.Y.— The Yeshiva University women's volleyball team lost a pair of Skyline Conference matches at a Skyline Conference multi-match hosted by Farmingdale State. The Maccabees lost to the host Rams 3-0 (25-12, 25-12, 25-16) before falling to Sage College 3-0 (25-3, 25-15, 25-5).
Yeshiva is now 0-9 overall and 0-2 in Skyline Conference play.
In the match against Farmingdale, Yeshiva was led by
Shana Wolfstein with five kills and a block assist, while
Emily Rohan had three kills, five assists and 11 digs.
Shaina Hourizadeh added two service aces and 13 digs.
Against Sage, Rohan and
Aliza Muller had two kills each, while Rohan added 11 digs. Hourizadeh had a match-high 17 digs.
Yeshiva returns to action on Sept. 30 for a contest against the College of New Rochelle at the ARC Arena on the campus of Baruch College at 8 p.m.
