BROOKLYN, N.Y.— The Yeshiva men's volleyball team lost a regular season Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) contest on Wednesday as the Maccabees were defeated by Pratt Institute 3-1 (25-22, 19-25, 18-25, 17-25).
Yeshiva is now 1-2 overall and 0-1 in HVIAC play this season. Pratt is now 1-0 this season, overall and in conference.
The Maccabees were led by
Benjamin Mann with 12 kills and 10 digs, while
Kolya Miller had 10 kills and nine digs.
Joseph Lipton contributed seven kills and 21 digs, while
Mishael Miller had 15 digs.
Jorge Dabah had 31 assists.
Pratt Institute was led by David Cutler with 15 kills and 17 digs, while Brandon Ryan had 10 kills and 11 digs.
Yeshiva is back in action on Sunday for a pair of matches at a Skyline Conference multi-match at Kean University. The Maccabees will face Ramapo College at 1 p.m. and Kean University at 3 p.m.
