BRONX, N.Y.— The Yeshiva University men's volleyball team was defeated for the first time this season as the Maccabees lost at Lehman College 3-0 (12-25, 18-25, 21-25) on Thursday evening.
The loss leaves Yeshiva at 1-1 on the season, while Lehman College improves its record to 1-1 this season.
Yeshiva was led by
Benjamin Mann with three kills to go along with four digs, while
Jorge Dabah and
Eliakim Gartenberg had two kills each. Dabah added seven assists and four digs.
Joseph Lipton had a team-high 10 digs, plus a service ace.
Lehman was led by Jaleel Lino with 16 kills, five service aces and five digs.
Yeshiva is back in action on Wednesday for a match at Pratt Institute at 8 p.m.
