GLEN COVE, N.Y.— The Yeshiva men's volleyball team was defeated 3-0 (26-28, 19-25, 18-25) by Webb Institute on Thursday night.
Yeshiva is now 6-14 overall and 3-2 in Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) play, while Webb is now 1-2 overall and 1-2 in HVIAC play.
Tuvia Marks led the Maccabees with eight kills, five digs and two total blocks, while
Joseph Lipton had six kills and 17 digs.
Jorge Dabah had 21 assists and six digs, while
Mishael Miller had nine digs.
Webb was led by Cody Owen with 10 kills, six assists, two service aces and two total blocks, while Brian Mills had seven kills and four total blocks.
Yeshiva is back in action on Sunday for a Skyline Conference tri-match at home starting with a match against New Jersey City University at 11 a.m. and a match against Purchase College at 3 p.m.
