STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University men's soccer team fell to the College of Staten Island, 5-0, in the second day of the Staten Island Fall Classic at the CSI Soccer Complex, on Monday afternoon.
The Maccabees (0-3) and Dolphins (3-0) were scoreless for the majority of the opening half. In the 31
st minute, senior defender Marcin Klim received a through ball from the right side and launched the ball into the back of the cage to put the Dolphins on the board. Just 2:37 later, he added his second goal of the contest, heading the ball into the net off a corner kick, to extend CSI's lead.
Staten Island added one more insurance goal before the end of the half. In the second stanza, Klim added two more goals to help CSI clinch the win, 5-0. He finished the match with four goals and one assist for a total of nine points.
For the afternoon, the Dolphins outshot the Maccabees, 27-6, and had the advantage in corner kicks, 9-2.

The Maccabees will host Skyline rival Sarah Lawrence College, in the home opener, on Wednesday evening. The match will take place at Tibbetts Brook Park, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
