TEANECK, N.J. - The Yeshiva University women's soccer team suffered a Skyline Conference loss to St. Joseph's College Long Island, 10-0, at Votee Park on Friday afternoon. The Maccabees fall to 1-9 overall, and 0-8 in Skyline play.
It was senior day as graduating seniors
Stephanie Roffe,
Batsheva Kivelevitz,
Sophia Blumenstrauch,
Liorah Rubinstein, and
Abigail Dietz were honored with a ceremony prior to the contest.
During the match, the Golden Eagles (9-7, 5-3 Skyline) scored five goals in each half to clinch the Skyline win. Christina Gagliardi led the way with three goals, while Kristin Carroll added two goals and an assist.

Gabriella Chutter started the match and made eight saves. Freshman goalkeeper
Rivka Lindenblatt stopped four shots in relief.
For the afternoon, the Golden Eagles had the edge in corner kicks, 7-2.
Kivelevitz and freshman forward
Gabrielle Aboudi each produced two shots on goal for the Maccabees, while classmate
Danielle Blicker had one shot on net.
Yeshiva will be back in action on Monday, for a non-conference match at Lehman College, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
