BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's volleyball team suffered a non-conference loss to Brooklyn College, in straight sets, at the West Quad Center on Thursday evening. Set scores were 25-7, 25-12, and 25-13.Yeshiva now falls to 1-13 overall, while Brooklyn advances to 17-12.

Mellissa Stock anchored the defense with a team-high 11 digs. Senior setter
Esther Alexander had eight digs and contributed on offense with two kills and three assists. Senior defensive specialist
Dalia Sieger chipped in on defense with five digs, while producing two kills on the attack, and tallied an assist. Classmate
Yael Ghelman had four digs, three assists, a kill, and a service ace.
Senior outside hitter
Emily Neckonoff slammed home two kills with four digs. Sophomore defensive specialist
Sarah Leah Zians had a kill with two digs, while senior outside hitter
Batya Schreier had a block and a pair of digs.
The Maccabees will host a Skyline Conference Tri-Match on Sunday, on the campus of Baruch College. Yeshiva will host Farmingdale State at 11:00 a.m., and then take on St. Joseph's Brooklyn at 3:00 p.m. It will be senior day, as Yeshiva University will be honoring its graduating seniors
