THROGGS NECK, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's soccer team suffered a Skyline Conference loss to Maritime College, 6-0, at Reinhart Field on Wednesday evening.
The Privateers (1-1-1, 1-0-0 Skyline) scored three goals in the first half, and then added three more in the final 45 minutes, to earn the Skyline win.
Freshman forward
Gabrielle Aboudi produced all three shots for the Maccabees (1-4-0, 0-3-0 Skyline), including two shots on goal. Freshman goalkeeper
Rivka Lindenblatt started the match and made seven saves. Sophomore goalkeeper
Gabriella Chutter stopped four shots in relief.
Yeshiva will be back in action on Sunday, for a Skyline match against Sarah Lawrence College, at Rutgers Alumni Field beginning at 4:00 p.m.
