NEW YORK, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's basketball team dropped its Skyline Conference matchup to Old Westbury, 92-53, at the Nat Holman Gymnasium on Tuesday evening. The Panthers advance to 14-3 in Skyline play (20-3 overall), while the Maccabees fall to 2-15 in the conference (4-19 overall).
Old Westbury scored the first 10 points of the game and never looked back.
For the game, junior guard
Nicole Bick led the team in scoring with 14 points, while forcing three steals. Senior forward
Michal Alge produced eight points, grabbed a team-high 11 rebounds, dished out five assists, and forced four steals. Freshman guard
Adina Rosenberg produced a career-high 11 points and had three steals. Freshman guard
Chana Boltax and classmate
Leah Shulman each produced seven points with the former grabbing five rebounds, and the latter forcing four steals.

Chana Weinberg each drilled a free throw, with the former forcing a steal and the latter grabbing a rebound. Junior guard
Penny Rabin added four points with two rebounds, while freshman forward
Celia Cohen brought down two caroms of her own. Freshman forward
Lindsay Brandwein scored two points and grabbed just as many rebounds.
For Old Westbury, Monique Joseph led all players with 18 points, while dishing out four assists, and forcing five steals. Charlotte Renker produced a double-double with 15 points and 11 boards, while Destiny Marino also produced 15 points.
Yeshiva will be back in action on Wednesday, for a non-conference game at the College of Staten Island. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
