PATCHOGUE, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's tennis team dropped its Skyline Conference match to St. Joseph's Long Island, 8-1, at the SJC Outdoor Field Complex on Sunday afternoon. The Maccabees fall to 0-3 in the conference, and 0-5 overall, while the Golden Eagles advance to 1-0 in Skyline play, and 2-1 in the season as a whole.

Bailey Frohlich earned a hard-fought win at the first singles flight, 6-4, 6-3. She won a game with classmate
Shana Adler at No. 1 doubles. Adler was victorious in a pair of games during the second set of her No. 2 singles match.
Yeshiva will be back in action on Friday, October 5, for a non-conference match against Lehman College. The match will take place on the campus of Queens College, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
