FLUSHING, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's tennis team dropped its season opener to Pratt Institute, 8-0, on the Queens College Tennis Courts on Sunday afternoon. Pratt advances to 2-0, while Yeshiva starts off the season, 0-1.

Bailey Frohlich teamed up with newcomer
Leora Moskowitz to win three games in the first doubles position. Frohlich came back to win the second set at the first singles position, but just fell short in the super tiebreaker by a score of 12-10.
It will be the battle of the conference champions on Tuesday, when the defending Skyline champion Maccabees host the defending CUNYAC champion Bloodhounds of John Jay College. First serve on the Queens College Tennis Courts is scheduled for 8:00 p.m.
