BRONX - The Yeshiva University women's cross country team placed third among 14 participating colleges at the York College (N.Y.) Invitational at Van Cortlandt Park on Sunday morning. The Macs posted a 128-point performance, highlighted by sophomore
Estee Brooks' sixth place finish among 97 racers. The Mile-High City native completed the 6K course in 27:26.30.

rd in the meet, crossing the finish line at 31:08.70. Following her were junior

Bracha Teigman at 34:15.10, junior
Rachel Retter at 35:34.60, and first-year collegiate runner
Yael Evgi at 36:50.10.
The Macs will next travel to the Hudson Valley Sportsdome to compete in the Skyline Conference Championships on October 31.
