NEWBURGH, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's tennis team suffered a heartbreaking Skyline loss to Mount Saint Mary College, 5-4, on the MSMC Tennis Courts on Sunday afternoon. The Maccabees drop to 4-2 in the Skyline, and 5-3 overall, while the Knights advance to 1-0 in league play, and 2-3 for the season.
Yeshiva won two out of the three doubles flights, but Mount Saint Mary went 4-2 in singles competition to earn the conference win.

Alexandra Huberfeld teamed up to win the second court, 8-5. Senior

Alexa Hymowitz earned a convincing win at the third doubles position, 8-1.
In singles, senior
Shana Adler earned a hard-fought victory at the No. 2 spot, 6-3, 6-4. Junior
Leora Moskowitz won the third singles position, 6-0, 6-1.
Yeshiva will host St. Joseph's College Long Island, in the final Skyline match of the regular season, on Tuesday evening. First serve at the USTA National Tennis Center is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
