WEST HARRISON, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's soccer team found the back of the net for the third straight match, but it was not enough as the Maccabees fell to the Golden Eagles of St. Joseph's College Long Island by a score of 12-1. The Skyline match took place at Passidomo Park.

Anjelica Feig pushed the ball to the net off a free kick from 20 yards out and it went off the opposing goalkeeper's hands and into the net. It was the first goal of Feig's collegiate career.

Sophie Dubin made 17 saves for the Maccabees. The Pikesville native leads the country with an average of 17.50 saves per match. Senior netminder

For St. Joseph's College Long Island (7-3, 4-1 Skyline), sophomore midfielder Karlie Martin scored three goals off the bench. First-year forward Brooke Esposito netted two goals and had four assists, while junior midfielder Abbey Curcio had a hat trick and a helper.
Yeshiva will take on Manhattanville College, at GoValiants.com Field, on Tuesday afternoon. The Skyline Conference matchup is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m.
