NEW YORK – The Yeshiva University women's soccer team dropped its Skyline Conference match to St. Joseph's University Brooklyn, 9-0, at Randall's Island Field 10, on Thursday evening.
Leading the way for Yeshiva (0-9, 0-8 Skyline) was sophomore goalkeeper
Daniella Bessler who made 16 saves. Junior
Mia Perlman tallied a shot on goal.
St. Joseph's (3-3-1, 1-1-0 Skyline) scored eight goals in the first half, but YU held them to just one goal in the second half.
Yeshiva will return to the break on Monday October 24 for a Skyline match against College of Mount Saint Vincent. The time and location will be announced at a later date.
