FARMINGDALE, N.Y. - The Yeshiva University men's tennis team dropped its Skyline Conference matchup to Farmingdale State College, 7-2, at the Farmingdale State Tennis Courts on Sunday afternoon.
The Rams (3-2, 1-0 Skyline) won all three doubles flights and went 4-2 in singles competition.
For the Maccabees (1-9, 1-1 Skyline) senior
Eitan Jeselsohn earned a hard-fought victory at No. 4 singles, 6-3, 7-6 (7). Rookie
Mark Adler split the first two sets of his No. 5 singles flight, but then won the super tiebreaker to clinch the court. Set scores were 4-6, 7-5, 1-0 (10-6).
Yeshiva will host Purchase College, in a Skyline Conference matchup at the USTA National Tennis Center, on Tuesday evening. First serve is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
