FLUSHING, N.Y. - The Yeshiva University men's tennis team concluded the regular season with a victory over Pratt Institute, 7-2, at the USTA National Tennis Center on Sunday afternoon.
The Maccabees (6-10) won two out of three doubles flights and then claimed five out of six singles courts to secure the non-conference victory.
"The guys played really well today against a solid Pratt team," Yeshiva University Head Coach
Jon Rubinstein said. "Doubles really set the tone. Very impressive first doubles match. Even though we didn't win (in that flight), the quality was high. Hopefully this momentum carries us through the conference championships."

Gavriel Factor earned the win at No. 3 doubles for the Macs, also by a score of 8-3.
In singles play, Jeselsohn won a competitive battle at the second court, 6-2, 7-5. Radinsky won the third flight, 6-3, 6-0. Bussu dominated in the fourth spot, 6-0, 6-3. Rookie
Jose Hambra won at No. 5 singles, 6-2, 6-0. First-year player
Pinny Balsam claimed the sixth position, 6-2, 6-0.
Yeshiva will compete in the Skyline Conference Championships, beginning on Tuesday, with a conference first-round matchup against sixth-seeded St. Joseph's University Long Island.
